Recipe: Simple Kiwi Smoothie

Hello everyone, and happy 19th day of the Vegan Month of Food!  Today I have just a quick recipe for you because I am really busy with classes.

Simple Kiwi Smoothie


Recipe (makes 1):
--1 cup soy milk (I use Silk, unsweetened, organic)
--1 kiwi (peeled and cut)
--1 tsp flax seeds


Add ingredients to blender; blend until smooth and flax seeds are all chopped up nicely.  Enjoy!
