Pacific Soups

Quick post tonight featuring two new soups I've tried recently...

The first one is the Thai Sweet Potato soup. (I added in some white rice.) I thought this one was pretty good, definitely very flavorful. 





I heated up the second one, the Cashew Carrot Ginger bisque, without adding anything to it. It was good and creamy, a bit spicy, but overall I prefer soups with a bit more substance to them instead of being mostly broth.
