Hello everyone! This week I decided to try a variation on the General Tso's Vegan Chik'n, using tofu instead of cauliflower. It worked well, with nice uniformly-sized pieces, haha, and tasted really good. Overall, however, I think I still prefer using cauliflower. There's just something about it that makes the dish so perfect!
