Thanksgiving 2016

Hi everyone! Today's Vegan MoFo prompt is: Thanksgiving – Americans, what are you making for Thanksgiving? Non-Americans, have a go at making something thanksgiving inspired! For Thanksgiving dinner at my aunt's today, I made a Tofurky roast with butternut squash, as well as onion potatoes. (My sister made Poppy's corn & mac.)

Here's another picture of the sleepy sisters, Daisy and Cringer...

Peace. :)

  1. I've seen so many delicious looking ready-made roasts in the last couple of days, I wish they were available in Europe too. What did you think of this one?

    1. I'm a big fan of the Tofurky roast; I love the wild rice stuffing it has inside! :) I've also tried the Field Roast celebration roast, which is another good one; we usually do that for Christmas. I still have to try Gardein's roast, though!
