Riced Cauliflower

Hi everyone! Something new I tried this week was riced cauliflower; I had it with Gardein porkless bites and broccoli for my dinner on Thursday. It was pretty good, and the leftovers were great, too!

Here are the kitties enjoying the sunshine on the solstice…

And here’s the ornament Zach and I got for our tree this year...

Peace. :)

  1. I quite enjoy cauliflower rice. It obviously is not rice, but it is fun in its own way. I've never seen it frozen here, one of the supermarkets does sell it in the fresh section but so pricey, so I normally just make my own in the food processor.

    1. Agreed; it's definitely something different and fun! I had a coupon for it so it wasn't too bad, but making it myself wouldn't be all that difficult! :)

  2. That meal looks incredible! That looks exactly like regular fried rice but it's nice! I've never tried the Gardein Porkless Bites but I kind of feel like I should :) Love the ornament and hooray for kitties! I'd be soaking up the sunshine too.

    1. Thank you, Sarah! I didn't think I'd like the porkless bites as much I do, but they're really good! :)

  3. I've been getting into the riced cauliflower lately, too! I don't think that is one of the Gardein products we have in my area but I will look next time I'm out!
