Bookmarked Recipe: Caramelized Leek & Onion Miso Soup (Ichiban Vegan)

Hi everyone! Today I tried a delicious soup that I’d bookmarked back in Vegan MoFo 2015 – the caramelized leek & onion miso soup from Ichiban Vegan. It turned out really well, and was great with a grilled cheese sandwich!

Here’s Cringer, guarding my recipe sheet…

Peace. :)

  1. If I ever run out of energy to cook, I make some form of miso soup - it's always tasty whatever you put in it. Cringer is very cute!

  5. You did a beautiful job on that soup. I love leeks but I don't often go through the trouble of preparing them. Maybe you'll inspire me!
