Bookmarked Recipe: Toasted Ruben (Stairway to Vegan)

Hi everyone! After preparing the corned beefless yesterday and then blending together the ingredients for the Russian dressing, I made the toasted Ruben from Stairway to Vegan (Vegan MoFo 2015) for my lunch today, and all the effort was worth it for this delicious sandwich! 


It’s a Daisy-in-the-box!

  2. I've made something similar to this a few times! So funny because in my pre-vegan days I kind of hated sauerkraut, but now I love it in things like this. Go figure!

    I love Reubens, but unless I go to Melbourne I can't get a decent vegan one near me. Actually, I think there is only one place off the top of my head that has one. And while it is a nice sandwich, it really isn't a reuben. I will have to add this recipe to my list of reubens to make!
