TVP Pasta Bake (Food for Dissertating)

Hi everyone! Last night, I finally got around to making the TVP pasta bake from Food for Dissertating, and it was so good! The TVP sausage in particular was quite delicious, and I can’t wait to finish off the leftovers this weekend! 

Here’s Daisy with her grumpy-but-ever-patient “Really? Again?” face as her sister Cringer insists on using her as a pillow…
