Hi everyone! The new recipe I tried this week was House Vegan’s 90 Second Vegan Cookies and Cream Mug Cake. Since I didn’t have 4 oz mugs or ramekins, I made it all in one regular mug and heated it for a bit longer in the microwave. It was fun & easy to make, and quite delicious! I kind of want to make a full-size version of this cake now, haha!

Hi everyone! When I saw the creamy mushroom pasta on My cat loves Daiya!, I knew I’d have to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. This recipe is absolutely perfect – I finished up the last of the leftovers for my lunch today, and I already want to make it again! Just need to get more mushrooms first!
