Spicy Hoisin-Glazed Cauliflower Bites (My cat loves Daiya!)

Hi everyone! The new recipe I tried earlier this week was the spicy hoisin glaze for cauliflower bites from My cat loves Daiya! I left out the soyaki sauce since I didn’t have any, but it still turned out great! I made another batch of green chili mac & cheese to go with them, and it was a perfect combination.

Absolutely delicious, and the leftovers were great as well!

Cringer and Daisy shared the warm computer when I had the window open for them

Cringer got tired of bird-watching and turned around.

*yawn*

Daisy makes funny faces when she gets startled by noises.

I’ve done some more flowery affirmations…

On my last post, Sarah shared her favorite quote…

Let me know if you have any text and/or flowers you’d like to see!

Peace. :)

Buffalo Tots

Hi everyone! This week I tried something nice and simple – the buffalo tots from My cat loves Daiya! The tater tots were really good with the hot sauce, but I did discover that I am not a fan of vegan blue cheese, haha!

I also included a spicy Boca chik’n patty and some spinach.

In other news, my garden is coming along nicely; I had my first harvest of snow peas earlier this week!

Leela was hanging out in a box last night before I went to bed…

And here are some more flowery affirmation sketches…

I’m having fun with these, so if anyone has any requests/suggestions for text and/or flower type, let me know in the comments and I’ll see what I can do!

Peace. :)

Classic Baked Tofu (Isa Does It)

Hi everyone! I tried another marinated tofu this week, the classic baked tofu from Isa Does It, and it turned out great! I had it with brown rice and asparagus, and added some spoonfuls of warmed leftover marinade as a sauce.

Delicious!

Cringer and Daisy were watching birds together this morning…

And I started my daily summer sketching with a flowery affirmation…
