Hi everyone! This week I made the cheesy grits from Rabbit and Wolves (I learned of the recipe through Food for Dissertating), and they were really good! I had them with some shiitake bacon and broccoli.
Last night, I enjoyed some of the leftovers with Gardein chipotle lime crispy fingers and peppers. Cringer decided to give it a sniff or two…
In garden news, I’ve started picking blueberries…
And harvesting snow peas and lots of wax beans!
Here’s a sleepy Cringer…
Peace. :)

Yum, yum, yum!
ReplyDeleteCringer looks how I feel right now! Wish I could fall asleep on a chair so easily.
Thanks, Susan!
DeleteThat chair has quickly become Cringer's new favorite napping spot! :)
I've never had grits, they look good!!
ReplyDeleteHi Cringer!
Thanks, Hillary! The only time I'd had grits before, they were very plain, and I wasn't really a fan; this version, however, was great! :)
DeleteOooh the cheesy grits look so good, I need some of that in my life! Hooray for garden harvests and sweet Cringer <3
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sarah! It was a really nice and simple recipe; definitely give it a try sometime! :)
DeleteYes! I love those cheesy grits!
ReplyDeleteThey were so good; I know I'll be making them again soon! :D
Deletemmm... this post is inspiring me to do cheesy grits with some sort of smokey green bean topping.
ReplyDeleteOooh, that sounds like a really good (and delicious) idea! :)
