Today I have a post about another fun dinner from last week.
Snow Peas, Nutted Pilaf, and Chik'n
--olive oil
--snow peas
--soy sauce
--garlic salt
Ingredients (nutted pilaf):
--2 1/4 cups water
--1 T olive oil
--Casbah Nutted Pilaf mix
--1/4 cup raisins
Heat up a pan with some olive oil to saute the snow peas. While on lower heat, add some soy sauce and garlic salt when the snow peas a few minutes before serving.
Bring the 2 1/4 cups water and 1 T olive oil to a boil, add the nutted pilaf mix and seasoning. Lower heat and let cook covered for about 15 minutes, then stir in raisins and let cook for about another 15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
Cook a Boca Chik'n patty, and serve along with the snow peas and nutted pilaf. Add a raisin smiley face if you are feeling silly.
