Pennypack Creek, Good Food, and More!

Hi everyone! Last Saturday we took a masked/distanced walk with Zach’s family along the Pennypack Creek Trail; here are some pics I took! 

The good food this week included some yummy crackers, a breakfast sandwich, veggie orzo with TVP, another zucchini cake (with blueberries and pecans), and a chili Mac ‘n Chao dinner with peas added and tortilla chips (which weren’t in the picture)…

Happy May!

Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well! This morning I got my garden planted (squash, zucchini, golden wax beans, cucumbers, snow peas, pole beans, peppers, and cherry tomatoes), so I’m very happy! 

I’ve had some good food the rest of this week as well! I enjoyed a black bean soup cup with some scraps of tortilla chips as a topping… 

I made more breakfast sandwiches, this time scrambling the VeganEgg… 

Gardein porkless bites with green pepper and rice… 

And last night I made a pepperoni pizza, which was super delicious! I used the pepperoni (Butterhead Kitchen) I’d gotten from Firefly Cafe and this recipe for the crust, which I’ve used before…

Good Food, Plus Some Deer!

Hi everyone! For Sunday dinner, Zach and I split one of the frozen Blackbird pizzas that we’d gotten from Firefly. 

Plus Alexia waffle fries.

For dinner last night, I made a breakfast sandwich using a roll, breakfast sausage, and cheese from Firefly, plus the VeganEgg and a hash brown patty. It was delicious! 

For a snack, I had some of a chocolate pumpkin pie that I’d made earlier in the day. It was messy but good!
