More Good Food Plus a Pumpkin!

Hi everyone! Zach and I got takeout from SuTao Cafe last Saturday for dinner; I got vegetable lo mein and fried tofu again!

On Sunday, I tried Upton’s Naturals pad see ew for my lunch; it was pretty good!

And I made another zucchini cake, this one with 2 tablespoons flax meal, which is now my new favorite!

And then my two big batch meals that got me through the week with all the leftovers: Vegetable noodle soup with gluten-free shells and soy curls…

And another yellow squash casserole (this time using Chao’s tomato cayenne slices), with more BBQ tempeh…

This little pumpkin grew all on its own in my garden!

And here’s the rest of the harvest from that day…

Plus a backyard bun…

The French Creek after all the rain we had on Tuesday…

And last but not least, Rogue making biscuits on my belly!

Peace. :)

Lots of Good Food!

Hi everyone! I tried the Thai curry noodle from Upton’s Naturals; it was quite tasty, but not very filling overall…

I made some tofu scramble with a pepper and onion mix, which I served on top of a hashbrown patty with ketchup; it was really good!

Zach and I got takeout for dinner on Wednesday; I ordered the Beyond Burger from Uno’s vegan menu and added a slice of Chao at home lol!

For dinner on Thursday, I made mashed potatoes and green beans with Gardein’s turk’y cutlets and gravy; yum!

My quick lunch on Friday was Upton’s Naturals ch’eesy bacon mac with leftover green beans mixed in…

And for dinner on Friday, another rice, tofu, and broccoli bowl with spicy peanut sauce!

Here’s a sketch I did earlier this week…

And a cute sleepy Rogue…

Peace. :)

Lazy Mac and Thanksgiving

Hi everyone! My posts this month keep getting lazier and lazier; I guess I’m just really embracing the November MiniMoFo theme! For a quick lunch on Wednesday, I tried the Upton’s Naturals Ch’eesy Bacon Mac. I really liked the sauce, but the noodles themselves could have been better; they were a bit too chewy for me but were still OK overall.

And here was my Thanksgiving dinner last night…

Onion potatoes, corn & mac, green beans, crescent roll, Tofurky, and butternut squash

This morning, I found the sisters sharing the cat tower; Daisy was being rambunctious on the lower level, and Cringer wasn’t quite sure what was going on…

And here’s a goofy photo of Leela that I caught with hilariously perfect timing; if you look closely, you can see the tiniest little blep…

Peace. :)
