Bookmarked Recipe: Creamy Red Pepper Sauce (Tracy’s Living Cookbook)

Hi everyone! Tonight I made the creamy red pepper sauce from Tracy’s Living Cookbook (Vegan MoFo 2017); it was great with spaghetti and some vegan Aldi meatballs!

    That red pepper sauce looks abd sounds scrumptious!!! I haven't found the Aldi's meatballs yet-- are they as good as gardein's? And Leela is adorable as always.

      If you feel like traveling to NJ, the cherry hill and mount laurel Aldi's carry them. If you had the Trader Joe's meetballs, they taste most like them.

      Thanks, Janyce; it was great! I prefer the Aldi meatballs over Gardein's; they are smaller, but I like the texture more, and they have two kinds -- classic and zesty Italian! :)

    I love red pepper sauce, this one looks great! UUGGGHH I do miss Aldi!

      Thanks, Hillary! They just renovated the nearest Aldi, and now they have more vegan items, including ice cream! :)

    Aww Leela!! Too much! That meal looks great! I definitely need to try to get to Aldi, I feel like I'm missing out!

      Thanks, Sarah! Definitely plan a visit to Aldi; the vegan selection varies by store, but I'm sure you'll find some great treats! :)

    Australian Aldi doesn't seem to have any of the fun vegan stuff that overseas Aldi does. Get on it Australian Aldi!

    This looks delicious. I'm bookmarking it too -- sometimes I end up with a big bag of red peppers from the market so I'm always looking for ways to preserve them.
    Aldi in the Netherlands does have some vegan items but I've never seen meatballs! That zesty Italian flavour sounds good. :)

      Thanks, Bonnie; it's such a great way to use red peppers! Hopefully the vegan meatballs will show up at your Aldi soon -- the zesty Italian flavor is definitely my favorite! :)
