Hi everyone! Today I made the chow mein from Your Mom’s A Vegan (Vegan MoFo 2013); it turned out great, especially the sauce, which was really delicious!
(When I make this again, though, I’ll leave out the bamboo shoots; I always pick them out of my vegetable fried rice when my family orders Chinese food, but I considered that they might cook differently in this recipe, so I decided to give them another chance. Well, I still ended up picking out all but the smallest pieces, haha!)
